7. Subscricoes da newsletter

Quando te subscreves na newsletter a partir do rodape do site recolhemos e tratamos:

• Your email address — used only to send you new blog posts you opted in to receive.
• Your language preference — so the newsletter and the confirmation email reach you in your language.
• Subscription timestamps — proof of consent under GDPR (when you subscribed, when you confirmed, when/if you unsubscribed).

O unico terceiro que pode transferir dados fora do EEE e a Google (Analytics 4 + Tag Manager), e apenas se aceitares as cookies de analise. As transferencias da Google estao cobertas pelas Clausulas Contratuais-Tipo (SCCs) e pela decisao de adequacao EU-US Data Privacy Framework (julho 2023). Do nosso lado, a anonimizacao de IP esta ativada.

Nenhum outro dado pessoal e partilhado com terceiros fora do EEE. Se isto mudar, atualizaremos esta politica antes do inicio da nova transferencia.
